The creative team developed a brand-new advertising campaign for 2025, targeting RMI Trades current and new customers; with a focus on the repair and remodel plumber.  The goal is to improve brand favorability and drive both online engagement and branch visits. Campaign will launch in early spring (February 2025).

Key Messaging Points:

  • Product selection and stock availability
  • Our locations and our associates are designed specifically to best support the trades customer
  • Our associates are true partners with their customers
  • Location, location, location – our nationwide footprint ensures there is a counter near the customers’ next job

Creative Concept: The concept demonstrates both counter and digital tool benefits, associate expertise, and location proximity through a visually interesting split screen concept of the associate preparing a Pro Pick Up order for a customer at a jobsite.

Execution: Two versions of the campaign concept, featuring two common plumbing jobs: a water heater scene and behind the wall shower scene.

For each scenario we captured video and photography for multiple different products to show breadth and depth and cover key vendors.

Final creative included deliverables to support activation across channels: video, audio, social media, static digital, and updated industry solution landing page.

I started with some barebones conecpts for our trade customer focus.

We explored other more direct concepts and presented to the business. Concept 1 here with the ‘dual’ scence was picked with the tradesman always being supported and getting what they need from the Freguson.

Once we got sign off we concepted static and video spots with scripts and storyboards.
