Our task was to understand Aspen’s warranty process and develop a new, streamlined system that simplifies customer input and seamlessly integrates into the company’s warranty department workflow to manage.

Aligned with Goodman Daikin's Parts and Supply division, I shaped customer-focused info architecture, fostering confidence in a digital platform. From concept to UX/UI design, I managed the project for improved operations and localized marketing.

Produced and launched a campaign to improve sales by offering a tiered rewards program with a new line of work gear designed specifically for HVAC contractors.
